Ailish joined Grand Pictures in 2003 and despite prolonged periods of good behaviour has not been given parole to date. Prior to Grand Pictures, Ailish studied film and television, produced two short documentaries and worked for a number of television and film production companies in a production capacity. She holds a BSc in Film and Broadcasting, completed the Screen Training Ireland Development Executive Traineeship certified by UCLA and is a graduate of the EAVE producer training programme.
